It is with a heavy heart that I pass along to our "Friends of Yoso", that Ed from Yuma passed away this past weekend.
If you have been nice enough to visit our humble little blog over the years, you have undoubtedly read one of Ed's posts.
Tina wanted me to pass this on to all of you:

We'll miss you Ed. Rest well my friend. Until I see you again, you'll be missed.
Oh… my condolences to Tina and rest of Ed’s family, and you and Cathy. I’ve really enjoyed the posts from Ed that bring a different “flavor” and will miss his writing. May he rest in peace.

So very sorry to read of Ed’s passing. His recent posts on Medford we’re such a pleasure to read as I spent part of my childhood there and in Jacksonville. My condolences to Tina, his family and friends.
Our family sends its sympathy and condolences to Tina and to the Yoso family. Never met Ed, only knew him from these posts but from just that you could tell that he was a very kind, inquisitive, and well-written man who enjoyed life and friends. He will be missed.

Very sad to hear that Ed passed away. His zest for life clearly came through in all the posts that he wrote for the blog. What a joy it was to be able to read his post and to catch a bit of that enthusiasm through his writing. He will certainly be missed <3

I’m a longtime reader of the blog and was saddened to read the news of Ed’s passing. I have always enjoyed his posts and will miss his commentary. Sincerest condolences to Kirk, Cathy, Tina, and all others affected by this loss.
2 years later, I’m reading this… so sad. I must visit more often, such good reading and camaraderie.
